Refund Policy

At Soudamini Instruments, we strive to offer a unique and immersive experience for all visitors. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our services and products.

  • General Policy
    We primarily have a NO REFUND policy. Purchases made at the museum, including merchandise, are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Merchandise
    If you receive a damaged or defective product from our store, you must provide an unedited unboxing video as proof. The video must show:

    The sealed package before opening.
    The product being removed from its packaging.
    The visible damage or defect.
    Claims must be submitted via email to d.joshi@soudamini.com within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
    Our team will assess the claim and offer a resolution.

  • Wrong Item Received
    If you receive an incorrect item from our store, please contact us at d.joshi@soudamini.com within 3 days of delivery. We will review the request and arrange a replacement if applicable.
  • Lost or Undelivered Orders
    If your order is marked delivered but not received, notify us at ¸ within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
  • No Returns or Refunds on the Following Items
    Discounted or promotional items.
    Customized or special edition merchandise.
    Free gifts or giveaways.
