Shipping Policy

At Soudamini Instruments, we ensure safe and timely delivery of all our products across India and internationally.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

•We ship to all locations in India that are serviceable by courier companies.

•If your location is not accessible by any courier service, we will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid.

•If you’re unsure whether your address is serviceable, please contact us before placing your order.

•Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations.

International Shipping

•We offer international shipping to select countries.

•Approximate shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on the selected country.

•These rates are indicative and generally accurate.

•Any additional customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country must be borne by the recipient.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

•Orders will be shipped after the lead time mentioned on the respective product page.

•Standard delivery time is 7 to 15 days, depending on the destination and courier service.

•In case of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay, but we strive to ensure timely dispatch even in busy periods.

Undelivered Orders & Return to Origin (RTO)

•If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered despite multiple attempts, it will be returned to us (RTO).

•Once returned, it will be deemed the property of Soudamini Instruments.

•Re-shipping the order will be at our sole discretion, and additional shipping charges may apply, which will be communicated to the customer.
